Term & Condition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all projects, services, and transactions undertaken through KDP Publishing Dominion and its website, www.kdppublishingdominion.com.

By accessing our website, placing an order, making a payment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

Upon full payment and completion of the agreed project, you will hold the rights to the final content developed and delivered specifically for you, subject to any third-party materials, fonts, images, software, licenses, or platform restrictions applicable to the project.

KDP Publishing Dominion will not claim ownership of the final original content created exclusively for you. You may publish, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise use the completed work according to your requirements.

Any materials, drafts, concepts, samples, tools, templates, processes, or intellectual property owned by KDP Publishing Dominion before the commencement of the project will remain the property of KDP Publishing Dominion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PAYMENT

KDP Publishing Dominion generally requires 100% advance payment for the services listed on its website unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

All applicable transaction charges, processing fees, currency-conversion fees, taxes, duties, and other charges are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Work may not begin until the required payment has been successfully received and the client has provided all necessary project information.

REVISIONS

KDP Publishing Dominion offers unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope, provided that revision requests are submitted within seven days of the initial delivery.

In certain cases, the revision-request period may be extended to 14 days at the discretion of KDP Publishing Dominion or when agreed to in writing.

Unlimited revisions do not include:

  • Requests that materially change the original project scope

  • Requests for a completely different concept or direction

  • Additional pages, chapters, designs, features, or services

  • Revisions based on information not originally provided

  • Changes requested after final approval

  • Work required because of third-party platform changes

  • New requirements introduced after the project has commenced

Requests outside the agreed project scope may require an additional fee and revised delivery schedule.

Revision requests will be addressed according to the urgency, complexity, availability of the production team, and scope of the requested changes.

Standard revision turnaround times are generally as follows:

  • For orders with an original urgency of up to 24 hours, revisions may require at least 24 hours.

  • For orders with an original urgency of between 24 and 48 hours, revisions may require up to 48 hours.

  • For orders with an original urgency of 48 hours or more, revisions may require up to 72 hours.

These turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the revision request.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

Project requirements, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, and expectations will be discussed with the client before work begins.

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, instructions, files, approvals, account access, and feedback required to complete the project.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, unavailable access, incomplete instructions, or changes requested by the client may affect the delivery schedule.

Any service-related dispute will be evaluated based on:

  • The original project agreement

  • Approved project requirements

  • Written communications between the parties

  • These Terms and Conditions

  • The work completed and delivered

  • Reasonable industry and business practices

Any requirement not included in the original project scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional fees.

CLIENT APPROVAL

The client is responsible for reviewing all drafts, proofs, designs, manuscripts, files, and deliverables before granting final approval.

Approval may be provided through email, text message, project-management platform, recorded call, electronic signature, or any other written or verifiable communication method.

Once final approval has been provided, additional corrections or changes may be subject to additional charges.

KDP Publishing Dominion will not be responsible for errors, omissions, or issues that were present in a deliverable approved by the client, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

REFUND POLICY

A full refund may be requested before KDP Publishing Dominion has started working on the project.

Once work has commenced, any approved refund will be calculated after considering:

  • Work already completed

  • Resources allocated to the project

  • Third-party costs

  • Administrative expenses

  • Payment-processing charges

  • Transaction fees

  • Taxes and other nonrecoverable costs

Refund requests will not ordinarily be accepted for orders purchased through a limited-time offer, discounted promotion, special package, custom agreement, or promotional campaign unless otherwise stated in writing.

A refund request relating to dissatisfaction with a completed service must be submitted within five days of the project’s delivery.

Before approving a refund, KDP Publishing Dominion may first attempt to resolve the concern through its revision policy.

Where KDP Publishing Dominion is unable to provide the agreed service after reasonable revision attempts, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the portion of work completed and the specific circumstances of the order.

A refund will not ordinarily be granted when:

  • The client changes their mind after work has commenced

  • The client no longer requires the service

  • The client fails to provide required information or feedback

  • The client becomes unresponsive

  • The client requests work outside the original scope

  • The client has approved the delivered work

  • The client has downloaded, published, distributed, uploaded, or used the completed work

  • Delays are caused by the client or a third-party platform

  • The client violates these Terms and Conditions

  • The request is submitted after the applicable refund period

  • The order was purchased through a discounted or promotional offer

If no refund request is received within five days after the final project delivery, the delivered work will be considered accepted and satisfactory, subject to any written revision arrangement already agreed between the parties.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method whenever reasonably possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, or financial institution.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Clients are encouraged to contact KDP Publishing Dominion before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

Submitting a chargeback for services that have been completed, approved, delivered, downloaded, published, or used may constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

KDP Publishing Dominion reserves the right to provide payment records, communications, approvals, delivery records, project files, and other relevant documentation to payment processors, banks, legal representatives, or dispute-resolution authorities when responding to a payment dispute.

CANCELLATION

A client may request cancellation by contacting KDP Publishing Dominion in writing.

Cancellation does not automatically qualify the client for a full refund. Any refund will be assessed according to the amount of work completed, expenses incurred, and the Refund Policy stated above.

KDP Publishing Dominion may suspend or cancel a project when:

  • The client fails to make an agreed payment

  • The client fails to provide required information

  • The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period

  • The client engages in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct

  • The client requests unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing work

  • Continuing the project would violate company policy or applicable law

PROJECT DELAYS AND INACTIVITY

  • Third-party service providers

  • Publishing platforms

  • Hosting providers
